Brought the game on Ps4 from PSN but still inactive

So i'm in queue for an another chat with the SE Support team. You guys have more news?

I've spent the last three hours trying to get through to tech support so that I can have a conversation from the horse's mouth about all of this and have had no luck. No matter where I go I can't seem to get a support chat page. And when I think I've got it, it winds up being an email support ticket.

It's also getting pretty infuriating trying to figure out what's going on with this limbo when every page links back to itself, like some unhappy, money stealing circle.
