Just a wandering thought, but this could be an option for all DPS out there.
DPS is the most commong role, so queuing if boringly long.
I recently started playing SMN and to go faster, I always go in roulette as a SCH.
If every class has acces to one tank or one healer, besides the DPS, everyone will have the option of going for a faster time in roulette. That's not a solution for endgame content, but for Xp purpose, it'll be much much faster.
If a fourth role is introduced, I think it will be on par or lower than the required number of healers or tank (Like one buffer in 8-man content).
This support role could follow the same rule. So each class will have one DPS job and one job between tank/healer/support.
Icing on the cake, it would be interesting to various tanks and healers for different gameplay type![]()
