It's all dependent on the way you say it. Say it one way and it's constructive criticism, say it the way certain people in this thread say it and it may as well be harassment with how hostile they are about it. You also have to remember alot of people seem to have VERY fragile egos these days and will think of it as harassment regardless of how you say it.
