Yes but if you're standing in stuff dying over and over or generally don't know your role, it's kind of more understandable. Getting grief because an add on is telling the user that Player X is doing 2% DPS less than someone else is just stupid.

And you just pointed out the real problem again, players. That's not the type of player you want to play with anyways. You're not going to change them by not having parsers, not in the slightest.
But by keeping parsers illegal, SE maintains an easy avenue to remove said players from the game; thus preventing further awful game experiences.

Which is why I believe in Self-Only Parsers, so these players can visually see their issues and try to correct them.

how are the cases here any different ?, why, please explain to me in detail, how, someone that keeps dying and doesnt help clear a fight, and someone who cant do enough damage, to clear a fight are 2 different things, why should 1 be treated fine over the other, people kick others who constantly die and its pointed out<--- this is deemed fine?, someone who does dps that is below the threshold and is pointed out <-- deemed harassment ?
in both cases the person got kicked for not pulling their weight and let down the group, and the group decided to remove or ask them to leave, the process is the same, they were criticised for their performance and failed to improve. why should 1 be deemed fine but the other as harassment

I'd like to see a parser work it's way into the game eventually. I think it would motivate players to master their jobs for fear of judgement. I'd also like to see how well I do myself.
I don't think that's a good reason, to strike fear into players. We meant to be playing because it's fun.
Admittedly I do think this myself sometimes when I feel I've done particularly well on DPS.

If people don't want to improve, don't want to work(I said work, not a job, they're not the same thing) for a win on a particular piece of content, i'm ok with that. It's not for them, I get it. The problem arises when said people want to finish said content before it gets nerfed, yet refuse to improve to do so. So they either get carried, or help cause wipes. This is just as bad as the people who harass others over dps, just on the other side of the coin. Yet these people are still around, still causing issues in groups, all the time.
