Egi Glamours

I hate the way Garuda-Egi looks; Carbuncle on the other hand is adorable. Being a gimped version of Garuda-Egi, it would be really nice if Emerald Carbuncle's appearance could be somehow "glamoured" onto Garuda-Egi (and Topaz Carbuncle on Titan-Egi for people who may have that preference) since Emerald and Topaz Carbuncle are both completely unavailable to SMN at 50. I have to switch to ACN, loosing the use of half my equipment and nerfing all my stats, just to have an aesthetically pleasing pet. Either that or Carbuncle could maybe be brought back to have some kind of use at higher levels once the cap is increased. I would honestly greatly prefer that to a rock-formation version of Leviathan.

Why stop at just using other Egi/Summons for Glamour?
We have minions that serve no use, why not let us use them to glamour our pets?
Maybe I want my Garuda Egi to look like Shantoto and my Titan to be a Blue Bird or maybe turn my Eos into the White Mage minion?
All the minions already have at least one idle animation that could be used for using a skill.

I would like to see past FF summons made into glamour because then at least people can have different ones from there favorite games in the series.

Unless people have their nameplates on (Many don't), the only way they can identify an Egi is by sight. Glamouring would essentially confuse the heck out of everyone outside of your party, and may cause confusion inside of the party as everyone has to double check your Job icon to make sure that your summoner is indeed a Summoner, and not some lunatic trying to prove Arcanist superiority.

well I was only suggesting emerald carby for garuda and topaz for titan specifically, and anyone who can't figure out you're a smn between the job icon and job specific equipment is just dumb. it's like saying you can't tell the difference between a sch and a smn before they summon. I'm pretty sure that's never been an issue for anyone.

Yet it actually takes more coherent thought and effort to play Arcanist really well compared to SMN, once you have your DoT rotation down and your pet buffing with a Swiftcast Shadow Flare and Raging Strikes, it's nothing else.

I think it would be better if the egis evolved after cap raise, ressembling a bit more to their primal in every phase

Up vote for a carbuncle egi option.

Down vote for 'bigger' summon models. I like to see what's going on, not some version of FFXI-Titan's butt jumping up and down all of the time. No thank you.
