First Time Setup Error 20019 - [4][-2147352480][8]

Reposting my problem because someone transferred my Thread to "Separate Support Required"

As I have posted here, I already contacted NA support, and that did not solve the issue at all, and I still can't play the game.

So here I am posting again.

I am unable to play the game on the PS4.

I have been having this issue since the first closed Beta. During the closed Beta, somehow I ended up playing, but the same error occurred during the open beta, and now during the early access, and completely prevents me from playing the game.

Every time I start up the client, it tries to do the "first time set-up", and NEVER manages to update more than 26%.

Then, I always get the screen
"A system error has occurred: 20019
[4][-2147352480][8]"

And back to the beginning.

I tried deleting everything (the client and any saves/updates), re-downloading, deleting, rebuilding database, downloading again, and nothing works. I tried using wireless connection, wired connection, port forwarding on the wireless, allowing UnPn, DMZ, everything, and nothing seems to work.

I am seriously considering cancelling the pre-order of the collector's edition, as I am afraid that I'll end up not playing the game.

Please help!

Support suggested the following, which did not work:

1)Reset the modem/router by unplugging it for 15 minutes then plugging it back in to renew the IP address.

2)Make sure the PS4's firmware is fully updated

3)Use a wired connection. Wireless is not optimal nor is it recommended or supported.

4) Uninstall and reinstall the game.

5)The issue might be intermittent. It's possible it is a server congestion issue. Please try the update at a later time.

6)Reformat the PS4 hard drive and reinstall the game and try the update again.

Please square, look into this issue. There has to be a better way of making this first time setup. Maybe through a regular Update downloadable by the PS4 and not the client (those we can resume in case of download errors), making the first time setup being smaller and faster, allowing us to download the necessary files on a PC an transfer via USB, whatever.

But this needs to be solved. The game will be released tomorrow and I already lost the Beta Phase 2 and the Early access. Pre-ordering gave me no benefit, and I fear that I might end up not being able to play the full game.

If you can't come up with a solution, at least some sort of message or confirmation that you are looking into it would be nice, instead of transferring posts to other sections where we can't discuss.

On a side note, what's the point of asking us to contact support, if support asks us if we posted the issue on the forum?

Same issue. Exact same problems, exact same useless suggestions. My boyfriend is pissed, been at this since the beginning of Beta-2 as well. Also reconsidering the collector's edition if the problem continues. At least you aren't the only one, I guess.

Yeah, before they moved my original thread to a useless part of the forum, a few nice people also said they had the same issues.

so finnaly got it to work today what i did is brought my ps4 to someone elses house and used their internet worked first time so good luck guys!!
