Where do you get Hatching-Tide eggs after completing the quest?

So by in the world you mean.... out side of towns sitting on the ground? Does anyone have a screenshot?

I've only seen pics of the spriggan's that drop eggs, I've not seen any images of eggs on the ground anywhere. I haven't seen any of these spriggan's either. I thought this event would be fun, but it sounds like they merely sprinkled a few mobs, and enough eggs for three people to find every few hours or so. That's kind of sad. It wasn't like lightning where you could actually reliably farm and get a few things. It feels like the only way to get any eggs, is to camp one of those spriggan's that supposedly pop a 3 min fate, and the repop time is rumored to be 2-5 hrs? This even is a let down for me. Unless I'm missing a bigger piece of the puzzle here.

Maybe it should of been designed the way mining/harvesting points were. Where each individual person has their own to find. And isn't tied to the world itself.

I've also considered the possibility there is some kind of secret that most people aren't divulging. Because you can actually get some gil from the gold eggs.

Given the amount of work involved in collecting the eggs, there are more efficient ways of getting gil.

This event is probably the most fun I've played, because of the hunting factor. Someone on the previous page already gave y'all all the locations where they pop up in a link. I just memorized all the locations and search whenever I'm in the vicinity. I've made some good Gil off of this event enough to buy the Drake & Goobue mounts. I'm basically poor since I don't craft, but this event has yielded a huge amount of Gil for me selling it's contents from the golden eggs.
