Well, I have gotten both the Ps3 version (standard) and the PS4 CE so that I can play on both systems. I am encountering the same error code as OP when I try to enter my PS4 CE registration code. This is annoying, because EVERYONE ELSE has their CE stuff (Fat Chocobo, etc) except for authentic PS4 CE owners...
