    Increase more colors for Eorzea?

This game is lack of colors. Seem like they try to show off their crystal tool engine too much with the realistic color textures but this is a Game, a Fantasy game so we need more green grasses, more blue skies, more colors attires.

I hate to compare but look at Tera

I find the color scheme just fine. I think Tera is just over the top. What you think a fantasy game should look like is your opinion and not a known fact.

Tera hides detail by overly saturated textures, so it's an extreme case of using colors, while FFXIV is a subtle type of color scheme.

There's all types of fantasy games and fantasy styles, Lord of Rings for example is very gritty yet obviously very fantasy.

I think colors in FFXIV are actually great, don't really need candy scheme in Eorzea

Comparing games between themselves serves to improve them. Maybe if the original devs did a little research this way, we wouldn't be where we are today.

The colour palette is fine, sort of reminds me of FF9 when I think about it

This game definately needs color in it's own art style. I love Tera's art style, just leave it to that game. XIV needs life, and it's missing it bad

The colors are fine, we just need more things like plants, bushes, birds etc... and things that glow

Comparing two games that are completely different in style and gameplay serves to improve? i think not. either you like this type game or you dont . dont try to make it something its not.

I disagree FFXIV's color pallet needing improving... that honestly I feel is pretty perfect. It is very realistic, and that is my preference choice. If you like a more vibrant color pallet nothing wrong either but it is a style choice.

Tera gives a much much more fantasy feel, but that is not better or worse then XIVs. It is simply a design choice and a style preference.

Atm Everything in XIV makes sense. The buildings appear to be build out of what is available in the landscape (Rocks that Limsa is built out of are what the land is made of, Sandstone like in Uldah, and Forest wood in Grid), the landscape while copy/pasted in spots seems like it should be in terms of what you see.

Only thing I wish SE did with the Worlds was the transitions... like Uldah into Gridania I think it should of went from like Forest to grassland like to arid area... Not lush forest into desert like environment. That and obvious less copy paste.

I think the outpost/encampments are a good first step to the world adding some distinct landmarks... I hope SE continues to do that kind of things as time goes. They could even tie it into world story like in certain areas people went to settle it building new towns, encampments and such... and it would add to the world and change it as time goes.
