Legacy Mark still lost after 7 months

Hello, I submitted this 7 months ago and before you dismiss it as duplicate again please read it.

I have searched the forums and although there are similar bugs related to the Legacy Mark not displaying properly mine seems to have a different cause and conditions on how it presents itself.

My bug is different to others related to the mark due to the following reasons:

I noticed losing the Legacy Mark even before Asthetician was added to the game so it has nothing to do with that previous bug that apparently was fixed before my own. Also even if I try to toggle it on and off it never shows again at all.

If even after me pointing out how my bug does not appear to be the same as the ones that have been submitted in the past, you end up deciding it counts as a duplicate. I ask you that you point me to where the accepted report is so that I can at least try and follow any new progress on it.

    ISP: NET Virtua
Type of Internet Connection: Optic Fiber
    Internet Connection Speed: 10Mbit/s

    Date & Time:
Unknown... First time I noticed it was perhaps at the start of September 2013, but could've been earlier. 7 months later and it's still present.

    Frequency:
    Always

    Character Name: Aezen Greywolf
    Race: Hyur M
    World: Odin (EU)
Class/Level: Around 46 is when I first noticed it, but it could've been as early as 15
Area and Coordinates: As far as I know, anywhere.
Party or Solo: This does not seem affect the bug.
    NPC Name: None
    Monster Name: None
    In-Game Time: Anytime

    Steps:
    1. Create character, that character has Legacy Mark.
    2. Play the game for a good time, without frantically checking if Mark is still present.
    3. Acquired Coliseum Galerus and equipped it.
    4. Noticed the Mark is not being displayed while wearing it.
    5. Remove the Coliseum Galerus and the Mark is no longer being displayed even while not wearing any armor.
    6. Try to remember when was the last time I saw the Mark... It was most likely before Beta Phase 4 ended. I have no idea what caused it!
    7. The /lmark on/off command does not change the situation at all.
    8. Using Fantasia does not change the situation at all.

As you may have noticed I don't know the steps to reproduce the bug. Hope the little details I provided help and you try to solve it anyway.

I have tried equipping the Coliseum Galerus on a different character that also has the Mark and it displayed properly, so I assume it's unrelated to or at least it won't cause the bug to reproduce in the games current version (maybe something changed in the past 7 months)

I'd suggest just looking at my character's data and see if the flag saying he has the Mark got corrupted or something...

I think I have the same issue; my account is received all the legacy items (Mogstation lists them such as "Fantasia for 1.0 players") at launch but I've never seen the mark on my character.

Assuming you had the mark previously, have you tried using the /legacymark command twice. There was a flagging issue when the command was implemented in 2.16 or there about.

If you never had the mark it is possible you never made it far enought through the 1.0 story to get it. I believe the break point was defeating the transmitter, someone will need to verify.

There was no such breakpoint for the legacy mark tattoo. I didn't make it past level 15 in any class before 2.0, and my 1.0 character (which doesn't even actually have Legacy status) has the legacy mark.
