Single Account with Multi Platform Play Serious Issues

To Whom it May Concern:

I have purchased the PS3 version (1 code) and the PC version (1 code) and my account is a collectors Edition. I have both on the same service account so that my daughter and I can play at the same time. She is usually online for a max of 2 days (figuring total hours) per month.

I do not understand why I will have to pay for two (2) separate service accounts inside the Mogstation so that I can be a responsible parent and play along side her while she is online.

I do not understand how you can allow for players to have 40 characters with the count that I have with a limit of 8 per server, yet I cannot play on a different platform while my daughter is online. I also do not understand why I have to pay an extra $14.99 USD in order for her to play for about 48 hours per month.

I would appreciate it if you could setup a way to make it so that players like myself can dedicate characters to a particular platform so that we can have a single account work on separate platforms at the same time.

I would appreciate assistance on this matter. As a player, I feel this is an incredible disservice to the playing community at large and really undermines the ability for families to play together and still be cost effective for them.

If you could do this people would abuse this and they would lose money, hence I do not see that happening. Sorry I wish that was possible also.

because then 8 friends could get together and end up all playing together for 1 sub
