Lodestone profiles not updating

Lmao....well I hope they resolve soon. I like to go on the lodestone while I work and its frustrating to see wrong information for my characters and achievements as well.

As mentioned on Lodestone, we are aware of this issue and are working to fix it.

In the event your character image is not displayed properly, there may be instances where the image will be corrected when you re-login, change your gear, and then log out again.

While we do not have a specific time for when this will be fixed, updates on the status of this issue will be released on Lodestone News.

Exodus checking in here - I think it may be tied to the Exodus server, because myself and 2 others have not had their Lodestone profiles updated since April 9th.
One friend has transferred to Brynhildr, and his achievements etc since transferring have started to show, but not the ones between that time; his character is also just a silhouette on Lodestone, which is pretty bizarre....

anyhow, I chatted with a GM today regarding another matter, and they suggested I post here, so, hopefully it will be fixed soonish, because I like spying on my guildmates so I can craft and send gear to the newer players.

I am also on Exodus with the exact same issue. April 9th would match up to the information being shown in the Lodestone for my char. as well.

I like to report the same thing here. Exodus player. My character stats, gear and character picture are outdated. Attempted to log in, change gear, log out, no luck.

Still a problem for me. The fix mentioned above doesn't work in my instance and its been going on 4 weeks now that my character data has not updated. Same goes for my entire FC.

According to this news post, they're aware the problem hasn't been fixed and are still working on it.


ETA: never mind, according to the most recent news it's fixed now! I'll have to log in and see if it works.
