[SCH] Roll on high allegan clothes to fill the gap till upgrading daystar clothes?

As far as i can see, I would lose much of crit, when I would dress in the new high allegan clothes till I get the sand to upgrade the weathered daystar closes.

On the other side is the increase of the primary stats something, that I should not get out of focus.

So I'm not shure: Wait for the sand or roll on clothes too?

They wouldn't be completely useless after that, as i play WHM too and do support other groups as whitemage sometimes. But not in my actual coil static.

The way we do it in my group/FC is that the WHM has priority on the "left side items" (armour pieces), but I have priority on the accessories. Any duplicates we get, we'll need-roll afterwards. So far we've gotten 2x healing belts from T8 and 2x healing earrings from T6, so we both have them.

MND upgrades > secondaries. But do keep in mind if the other healer needs it more than you do, its BiS-status being closer to their interests.

You'll probably have a low priority on the sands for some time to come now, as a healer, so you might wind up having that i110 High Allagan for a while too.

High Allagan gear is better for White Mages. Since you're a Scholar, stick to crit-bases gear like Daystar.

if you in static then it prolly better to let WHM has it first but if you don't have static and has to pug then I would roll on the item.

The thing is most won't be getting enough sands to update all their Daystar for quite some time.

Only 4 pieces of High Allagan have crit (two being the book and pants from t9). No body side High Allagan from t6-8 has crit, No acc side Daystar has crit at all. Only two High Allagan accessories have crit, but they also don't give vit, which is kind of an important stat because of the damage you'll be taking in Coil2.

So far I have the boots and body so I've lost some crit for det +mnd + vit, but I still have a decent amount. I don't think I'll be changing most of my accessories though other than for those two that have crit. Though theoretically if you get some of the i110 accessories, you can respec for more vit and wear Daystar.

The problem is a lot of sch crit upgrades are from the sands or t9, the biggest hit being the book. Hopefully they'll let us change the stats of omnilex to have crit.

Not having sands for unweathering Daystar is not a huge deal. I plan on being one of the last in my group to get it. You can heal through T9 with i90 gear just fine.

Consider High Allagan hands and Daystar Neck instead of just full DS left / full HA right. Other than that, I would not roll against your WHM if you have W.DS and they have i90. Unless you don't care.

Base healing is "enough". You really don't need to get a HA piece with crit as a stopgap for a DS piece with crit.

Having the VIT to survive things in turn 9 is probably more important then the healing stats quite frankly.

Take the robe if your WHM doesn't need it. There be a lot more AoE damage in the future turns and having the WHM get their body fast (as they'll probably buy the chest piece via sol only if they can't clear T7 or are having bad RNG) will help you feel less stress as the SCH in the future.

Generally WHMs have priority over armour pieces while SCHs have priority over accessories. Always upgrade to ilv110 if your other healer already has it and you do not (assuming you didn't have priority in the first place).

Having more health especially for T8 and T9 is absolutely crucial. The way me and the whm in my group is doing it is we just alternate drops unless it's clearly a BiS for one or the other. Secondary stats don't mean a whole lot right now. So as long as you aren't sacrificing too much crit or det, then getting i110 pieces for the mnd and vit is a better choice.
