PS4 login issue

I'm in Canada, and my account name is 'shixiaomingjp', way back to January 2014, I created Japan PSN account to purchase Japan version's FF14 to play on my PS3, everything worked just fine untilApril. 11th. I followed instruction to upgrade my PS3 version game to PS4 version, and now under Mog Station, my game version is PS4 as well. I was happy to play PS4 version so between 7 to 9AM on 11th, once I upgraded to PS4 version I was able to play two hours, then I logged out and ate my breakfast, when I was ready to log back in to play, I couldn't see any launcher web page, only thing I received was whole black screen. I tried to log in many times, but I constantly received error code as (20447)(20446)(408). At same time I was able to use same PSN account to play other PS4 online games, so it means everything is fine with my PSN access. Pls SE or other kind hearted players could you pls help me?Now it's 10PM I'm in Alberta Canada, and on 12th I still can't play game using my PS4, and since upgrading from PS3 to PS4 is irreversible, I can't play game on PS3 either. I've never had so bad difficulty logging to game using my PS3 before, and I've lost one weekend day to play FF14, I feel really frustrated.Please help!!!!!
