i've been playing the ps4 version for 2 weeks with no issues till this 2002 error, i really need a wireless keyboard though lol
its not u just come in on a bad week because primal data center is having problems im on ps4 and i dont have any problems just look at the threads for this past week and u will see
three weeks now and i still cant log in... im currently paying for a month of service that i cannot use. i have tried several "solutions" that technical support has thrown out there from resetting my router to port forwarding and still nothing. i was actually told that its probably just server congestion and try again later as the last resort, even though i have not been able to log in for 3 weeks and all my friends on ps4 are playing right now and everything was working fine on my ps3 version. can we at least get an acknowledgment that there is an issue and that SE is trying to resolve it? most people may be able to play, but for those of us that cannot, it is very frustrating to pay for a service that we cannot even use.
So there is still no way to fix this? no one has figure out a solution or word from square yet? ;/ this is sad i paid for a 6 month service that doesnt even work.
Square Enix tech support says I have to hard wire because this is an mmo and the ps4 has a really bad network card.
Well how come i can play DCUniverse wireless fine on my ps4? It's a mmo ;/
That was my first thought. The packet loss on the PS4 compared to the PS3 though wireless is terrible. I might hook up my PS3 again just so my Netflix doesn't drop out so much.
So I got a broadband power line adapter to hardwire my connection. Figured I didn't have anything to loose and problem solved.
so it's forcing us to do wireless but what about us people that don't have access to wired connections?
