Lobby error 2002 since PS4 switch

I thought i'd add to this. I made the switch to PS4 from PS3 yesterday and, i wish i hadn't. I got slapped with constant 90k's - three in the first five munutes, and at least a total of fifty throughout the whole day. As well as this, when i could play i would get constant lag spikes (often lasting 15+ seconds). So i give up. I've just tried again now (today), and i've had two 90k's within 7 minutes of logging in. This is utterly unacceptable and totally unplayable. If i miss out on my 450 Soldiery for the week because of this i'll be asking for reimbursement, as it's an absolute joke. Who would have thought PS3 would be more playable than PS4 - and, AND, i can't even play it on my PS3 now. Shocking.

its not u just come in on a bad week because primal data center is having problems im on ps4 and i dont have any problems just look at the threads for this past week and u will see

I can't even log in to the Primal datacenter on PC even though I also have a PC key on my account. I get error 2002 when trying to connect to the DC.

To make matters worse, I've been trying to reach someone who cares at SE for the past two days and have only gotten back responses saying it's not their concern and I definitely won't be reimbursed for my time. Perfect way to make a bad situation even worse.

Made the jump from ps3 to ps4 and if I'm not disconnected staring at the moogle on the loading screen, I can maybe play 5 minutes at the most before getting 2002 or 90K. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Same issue here. One day I'll be able to log in and play for maybe 20 minutes then I'll get either error 2002 or 90k. I'll try and login again but will continue to get nothing but errors.

I am having the same exact issue. Switched over to PS4 on Saturday and have not been able to get into the game at all. I have only even reached the character select screen 3 times in 2 days and then promptly get the error 2002 message shortly after. Has there been any resolution for this issue?

Was working fine last night. Tried logging in just now 3 times and I get the same 2002 lobby error.

I ran into this issue today on ps3 only turns out you have to register this game like a million times. I've been playing the game without issue since October and just started encountering errors today. I can't speak for ps4 users but if you are having issues on ps3 go to http://member.square-enix.com/na and log in. it may ask you to create a new account. click on the drop down by your account name and select my profile from here you can register the game yet again using the red card included in the package. Hope this helps at least some people play again.
