I am one of "those" people but not because I care about it selling faster, but because I really dislike when people undercut me left and right. If I list something that I am the only seller for lets say 200k and someone puts theirs up for 199,999 I will undercut them by 5k or more, they do it again I undercut by even more. I make plenty of profit and can always find another market so I do it out of spite. The only way for the market to really work is if crafters stop trying to price is right people and just list their wares at the going rate and wait for them to sell aswell as not flooding the market.
