    How do you use the vertical hot bars? PS4

    I just found them in the config menu, but I can't seem to add anything to them.

    From the abillities menu you can click an abilit aith the gampad and drag the ability to the open spot. You can either keybind them with a keyboard button or click it with your mouse to use it after that.
