Additional Information:

I have Reply Forward bound to ALT-R, When I press ALT-R to reply to a whisper it will type 'r' in the chat window while also registering that it is replying to someone. It is double typing 'r'. If I type / which is used to call the window to make it active as well, it will type two slash's. It will activate the window, and then type '/' in the chat box. Nothing has changed on my system other than FFXIV updating. Getting really tedious having to backspace r for a whisper reply. I have double checked that my system does not double type other than when it is activating the chat window in FFXIV. once the window is active, it will type just 1 instance of the key normally.
