Forgotten Knight needs a kneecap replacement vendor

While playing cards with the barkeep in Forgotten Knight, all you can hear is the constant sound of people crushing their legs jumping down from the top level. Did the designers actually think people would use the stairs when they made this building? I can't think of any other area in the game where you can stand and hear the constant flow of bodies slamming sickeningly against the ground like this.

I kind of hope the inevitable moogle delivery quest that deals with the forgotten knight will bring this up in some way. Maybe something about an aspiring hunter who broke his legs falling off of the balcony, and the doman urushi he meant to purchase going to waste.
