This Miqo'te girl (named "Miqo'te Girl") has been here since at least 3.0 launch, possibly since 2.5 and the end of the Doman kids' side story (I've only been playing since 3.0 launch so can't confirm that.)

That's a shame that they didn't put in any roe children there. You have to do the doman kid's side stor for her to appear in your version of Toll. Which wasn't around during 2.55 due to it being a level 54 quest line. It might have to be a peaches type question, but maybe someone needs to ask where all the roe children are. Also have to remember that Lalafell children get to adult height at a young age.

Somebody has asked where all the Roegadyn children are, that's what we've been discussing since Megidolaon's post on page 2. Tl;dr they're on the backburner for being implemented ingame and Oda-san is pushing for it.

Definitely not 2.5, as she only appears if you do the level 54+ (it was around there and very missable) quest.
