DigitalScribble is right - your bonus items are sent to you in-game as attachments of messages via the Moogle Delivery Service (this is the same way you receive the Veteran Rewards as well). I've heard the bonus items won't be sent til the 13th or 14th though, so just keep any eye out as you should be getting them soon (you'll know when you receive messages via the Moogle Delivery Service when you get a letter icon on the top right of the screen next to the time).
