For those who didn't play 1.0, karakuls would blow these bubbles that would get bigger and bigger. When it burst it did massive damage and put everyone to sleep. That's a THM in mail, tanking, by the way.

I love ARR, but I wish they kept more of these old cool mob mechanics.
