    Upgrade Error [E-82000134] in PS4

    Hi SE, i have successfully upgraded my account from PS3 to PS4 via Mog Station but i keep receiving error [E-82000134] upon my redemption code in PS4. Is there any more steps I have missed out or the upgrade period is over that why code is invalid?
