Promote / demote / Rank settings

First of all I don't care whether this has been talked about before or not but this needs to be changed.

It doesn't make any sense that if you give a rank within promote / demote option that they can Promote someone to above their own rank and not even just someone else. They can promote themselves to over their own rank. On top of that if someone has rank settings option they can change their own rank settings.

So looking at this as a FC leader, I can't even give my officers or co leader promote/demote without closing full access to the FC chest and I also have to take off rank settings if I'm to allow more than myself and my closest friend promote/demote unless I have 100% trust in all of officers and Co leader.

Whats the point in this if one of my officers can promote themselves to Co leader. Then change the rank settings to give themselves access to the FC chest and rob the FC blind. Now I could take Rank settings off of Co leader and Close access to gil in the FC chest for it. But what is the point if I'm the only one that can change rank settings and access the gil. I'm not available 24/7 if someone decides to leave the game or transfer server and they want what they have donated back. I and i'm sure just about every FC Leader feels the same way.

Being able to promote someone or yourself over your rank in an FC is not right no matter what the reasoning for keeping it that way is. FC security should not have to fall on someone to know of the way that this is set up. It should already be set up for security so that everyone knows they are safe no matter what settings they give their FC team. Unless they just totally screw it up by giving someone access to stuff that they shouldn't.

The rank settings part isn't so bad but still you shouldn't be able to give yourself full permissions if someone higher rank than you gave you set permissions.

A developer of a video game can't suddenly declare themselves the lead developer, a private in army can't suddenly declare themselves a general, a gofer in corporation can't suddenly declare themselves a CEO. So why should members of an FC?
