Are we getting houses?

I want a LS/Company/Guild based house (name depends on what Yoshida plans to do... not sure if the player run company has been trashed or not).

Something I can use for gathering near event time, a place to hang out, a place for extra personal storage, maby a group calendar to hang on the wall for scheduling things (like a personal message board), and maby a guild bank type thing.

Several others have mentioned gardening I really want to see that come back as well, was something fun to do between everything else.

I really like the idea of linking housing to crafting as well, let crafters at least furnish the houses.... if they really want to go all out and above and beyond other mmos incorporate all the crafts not only furnishing the houses but actully building the house, the whole group crafting thing that I liked the sound of from the Tanaka days >.>

I'd like a complex gardening system with a moogle that has it's own storyline with cutscenes like in XI. Feng shui powered furniture system would be nice too. Basically anything with depth because it's what the game currently lacks.

I would like to see housing that you *earned*, especially in stages. Through quests, missions, and purchase.

For example, to build a second room to your mog house, you need to collect 50 elm lumbers, 10 iron nails, and some paint. Possibly the help of a CRP. Getting the first room could be a reward from helping the Path of the Twelve.

To earn a trophy room in your LS hall, the LS needs to have taken down each of the big NMs at least once. (let's not talk about player companies yet). To build a telepoint in the entranceway, three members need to open all gates, crystals, camps, and complete a quest. To increase LS storage, a R50 CRP, R50 BSM in the LS need to complete a quest. Access to the secret underground railway that connects the cites would require several quests......

And so on.

I sort of like this info, then again it seems to have taken way too long to get this info out to us.
We have been discussing this & ideas since beta & it havnt been brought up any attention until now?

Now this is sad to read, im not even gonna bother sharing any ideas that i posted
several times during multiple topics since this forum opened up.

It's obvious that not even 10% of the topics in here havent even been
discussed with the development team at all.

Sorry but i've lost complete faith in this game & it's development.

Thats my opinion, go ahead and flame the hell out of it.

Going along with what Arcell mentions here, I'd love to see instanced housing districts as an extension of player housing, this would probably only work for something like guild housing rather than personal housing. Its an idea though.

At the very least give us an interior and exterior to the instance of our personal/linkshell housing which gives the illusion of being part of a district.

I made a Housing thread too that I didn't link. I feel that if it's not in General, no one looks at it (not even mods). So many suggestions have been made out in the wastelands of the other sections that end up getting ignored. The instant that same suggestion gets posted in General it gets a response from a mod.
