I've been having extreme lag spikes/rubberbanding on anything in game since the beginning of last week (the minor 2.21 patch release).

It seems to come regularly, where I will be moving for about 1 minute and get a pause of anywhere from 5-10 seconds, and then the rubber banding effect (which usually ends in death on end game content).

I've done some investigation with my ISP (Comcast South East US), Tata, and iWeb, the later two of which really won't do much for me, since SE is an iWeb customer and Tata is the peer with Comcast that my traffic is going over.

At this point the game is virtually unplayable for me. I'm just seeking some advice from SE tech support to help track down this problem. I've also tried a service like WTFFast, and while it seems to make things better, I still experience the issue.

I also use other services (VoIP) and play other games at home that are dependent on small bandwidth low latency connections, and none of these services seem to be having issues on the same connection for me.
