Ps4 constant error code 2002

So after logging in when at the start menu I am able to hit start but unfortunately most of the time I am stopped there with the ec2002 now sometimes I can get to the character creation screen but I will stay blank and then after a min or 2 will ec2002 it\\'s not only me it is happening to my roommate as well of course, happened during the beta as well figured I\\'d put this out there seeing as I\\'m probably not the only one.
I have comcast
And my ports are open

Funny you mention Comcast. I have them as well by any chance are you wireless or wired? I noticed this problem happened a lot more via wireless but when I plugged a ethernet cord directly it kind of stopped. I noticed you said roommate so I take it you may or may not be able to do anything about it but if possible try that and see :/

I'm having this issue too, I'm on PC not PS4 though. Every time I try to get on, I hit start and then I get 2002.
