Switchable Graphics Problem, Dedicated Graphics Card Not Showing Up

Ultimately, you should have a tab for configuring the card switching when you right-click the desktop to change settings and such through your graphics card's control panel.

If you are running Win 8.x, there were some known issues with a lot of drivers released by various vendors (Dell, Samsung, etc.) for the 7xxxm/HD4000 setups that required one of two things to resolve it for most users: use drivers based off the 13.11 beta reference drivers (basically released November 2013 or shortly after), or launch the game by running the game as Administrator AND in Compatibility mode for Windows 8.0 (if in 8.1). Don't know for sure if these have gotten properly addressed by all the vendors yet... a quick google showed people were still having issues up until at least March on some forums.

Basically... need to check with Samsung for drivers I guess. Note that they have a page specifically for if you are upgrading from 8.0 to 8.1:

Important to note that there is a tool you need to download/run to address some known issues with the drivers when moving from 8.0 to 8.1. You may find something similar also if you go through their normal channels for driver/bios updates. Consult your system's documentation/tools for details on how to check for updates and such.
