Playstation Network card already been used?.

Im upgrading from PS3 to PS4 I been to Mogstation and registered and I got the upgrade code. I then logged Into the PS network to redeem my code. I type in the code to download the PS4 version and it says "This Playstation network card has already been used. Please check your entry (E-82000130).

Has my code been issued to someone else also?. Or am
I just experiencing this message to high volume on the system?.

I too have this issue; did a quick search and found that it could be related to Sony disabled Promo Redeem function in PSN at this stage; but the page that I got the info is related to Call of Duty game dated Nov 2013.

So now I have PS4 version as said in MogStation and the code is still unused.

Ah found out that there's a KB for this:

In short, basically if you have partook in Open Beta Phase 2, the installed client is good to go ahead, so just log in.

If the beta client is deleted, it should be in the Library to download from. (If you were also partook in Open Beta Phase 1, you will see both "beta" and final versions)

I am able to login on PS4 and updating the patch.
