Got two early access codes from amazon and now can't get past service account screen

I received two codes from amazon I assume for early access. I was able to link my beta char. on the first login but now it is asking me to go thru the process again and the only option showing up is to create a new service account. It will not let me get past this screen. I want to keep my beta char!! HELP.

Maybe try from the MogStation page? I'm not sure where you put it as I've got the game but not had my code emailed to me yet.

I was able to log onto my account this morning with the amazon early access code. I registered the code on the playstation network store's tab and it set up the access on my account last week when I pre-ordered the game. Then, this morning I checked and had to accept all the misc things on the login screen for the game, but after that it logged in normally. Check to make sure you actually did apply the codes first through the Playstation store, and if that was successful, I have no idea.

And I was mailed 2 codes.lemme know how you end up fixing it and I will do that same. I submitted a ticket already

I checked the Mog screen and it shows my char. in the service account. When I try to login to the game it will not let me get past the create new service account screen. I am afraid it will overwrite the one currently showing up right in the MOG if I continue further.

Okay, just got done talking to customer service, they said to just make the new service account and when you log in you'll have to select which account you want. The game is patching and I'll update on if it worked or not in a bit.
