Maybe it's just placebo but I've gotten 4 atmas from following this so far. Using local time. But hey doesn't hurt to try.

This reminds me when we first started discovering moon phases and such in FFXI
I followed the server time theory, and either I've got the worst luck in the history of the world, or this is complete and utter bollocks. An entire hour of grinding in East Shroud from 4 AM to 5 AM server time, and not a single Atma to show for it. I'll switch to grinding North Shroud in an hour for 10 PM local time to see if the local time theory has any merit to it.
max 4 atma in 12 hours?
i got 6 within 12 hours
LMAO stop trying to act like you wrote the code for this game because you did not. What you described is NOT RNG at all, it is KILL AT THIS TIME AN GET THIS DROP. And that is not how this game works, idc how many times your coil groups suppossedly predicted the drops, i still dont believe you lol.
And i can tell you what the seed is for the rng, its the pre-made drop list and percentages for each specific drop on the list, that SE put in for the RNG bot to choose from upon each victory. its not rocket science. it doesnt even have anything to do with party composition either, hence the reason people see all the time, stuff drop for jobs that arent even in the pt. This isnt xi where game time & weather made a huge difference. Why you ask? because this is hello kitty island errr ffxiv i mean an everyone cant be asked to think too hard bout stuff.

This reminds me of when we used to buy the hourglass for Dynamis from the ~goblin in the zone matching the zone we were doing that night~ and ~entering on the full moon at midnight~
Might as well strip naked and do the Manderville in your living room to bless your drop rate, it would be equally as effective.
LMAO stop trying to act like RNG coding is that hard to predict. What you described is exactly what happens, you kill stuff at the right hours and the chances are higher because that's how the RNG code works in the game works, I don't care how many times you try to disprove it I still don't believe that you don't believe that I believe.LMAO stop trying to act like you wrote the code for this game because you did not. But seriously more people are using the guide and getting their Atmas with it so that's all that matters in the end, whatever helps everyone bypass this horribly designed quest gate faster.
I followed the JST Theory for 2 atmas and here is the results
As of posting it is 5:48 in JST
Got atma of Goat ( 4-5 ) in 4:31 pm JST in the first fate
Got atma of Bull ( 5-6 ) in 5:42 pm JST ( lost count of fate but started farming since 5:10 pm JST )
So it is either pure luck coincidence or the theory is true in a sense that at least it did increase your bloody chance by a bit since i farmed in other zone before knowing about the atma theory for 2, 3 hours + and don't get one.
Just curious... is your local time actually JST or were you converting to JST when you were farming?I followed the JST Theory for 2 atmas and here is the results
