Thats not accurate. I gotten an atma then changed fates and get one 10 minutes later.
I also only farmed at the same time every morning and got them all in a week.
Its purely RNG. Stop trying to make a theory out of it.

So.. I just recently started actively posting in forums.....

All 12 of my Atmas dropped within an hour of starting in an area. Most of them after, at most, 5 fates. The few times I sat and farmed in one area for a day, were completely fruitless. Also, I received them all at times that looked nothing like that list. So, I'm a proponent of the seed theory. If you've been in one area for more than an hour with no atma, then you got a bad seed and need to move on. Whether that seed is tied strictly to time, I don't know.
Clearly you don't understand how RNG works. If tied to a clock, there is ZERO relation between kills @ 12:30:16 and 12:30:17. RNG is never related to the hour or minute nowadays. Humans love to find patterns where there aren't any.Tell that to both our Coil groups who always did it at around the same time and always predicted what would drop and sure enough it was always the same stuff, always Bard and Tank gear at around 12pst and Striking and Healing at around 6pst, gear types were always consistent, not necessarily the gear itself (gloves, body, etc.) but sure enough the classes were. A couple of times? Sure, coincidence. When it happens for 3 months straight? Yeah that's no coincidence. This game uses server time for RNG, amongst other factors sure like most likely party composition or even something like player names but time seems to be the most prevalent, it's really not that uncommon at all to tie an RNG to a clock and it doesn't really have to be synced down to milliseconds either, so there you go. It also doesn't entirely guarantee it 100%, it just gives a much higher drop percentage based on a certain time, that's how this game's RNG works, not all RNG is generated or works the same even if RNG is RNG.
Clearly you don't understand RNG has to be coded in the first place and can be customized with certain parameters and seeds to generate its numbers, especially for drops. Like I said it doesn't have to be down to a millisecond, clearly this game uses server time frames meaning in between certain hours things have a higher or lower chance to drop.
Anyway, the faster people get to the actual part of the Atma quest that doesn't rely on luck and the less people running around thinking they're better than everyone else just because they got lucky on a badly designed quest gate the better, and this guide already has helped a lot of people so it's great.
Yes it is a theory, but nowhere did it state that you cant get any outside the times. Im getting so tired of seeing this on every thread posted. The one thing this theory has proved w/o a doubt is the lack of reading comprehension.
Don't forget...
it's not based on time, but more on the moons phase relative to the astrological diety.

I have 3 atma in about 45 minutes worth of trying. Of course gotten before actually reading this thread. Mine were just poking my head into random fates mostly for the sahagin and kobold fates to get the shields and another random one from central shroud during a quick break between garuda ex runs.
You have to face North when you kill the mob, make sure to move the mobs in this order before killing facing north.
Move up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, then shout B, A!
Oh and it has to be full moon.
Is that turn right and left or sidestep left or right? I also heard that subligars raise the drop chance by 5%. Also I am assuming the it's character movement and not camera.
