How would a Blue Mage work in XIV?

no one would be satisfied with the limitations of this batle system. a gimped, nerfed blue,
it would be a lot like blm is today. like 5% of what makes a blm a blm.

I forgot that we need 700 spells that do the exact same thing in a different color to feel like blm is deep.

BLU can be versatile with 20-ish skills just fine, it's usually had that many skills in older FFs.
