No it doesn't. Where would you get such a foolish idea like that?

Bethseda hardly speaks a word to the community once the game is out unless there is a game crippling bug to adress. "There always is" where they say "Sorry" and "It wont happen again" and next time they release the game they repeat the cycle.

"Oh shit corrupt game files?...yeah deal with it for 3 months while we don't work on fixing it."
