Currently in search of a FC with a semi-hardcore attitude towards raiding.

I am a ex heroic raider in WoW and understand the value of min/maxing my toon, and putting forth effort into raiding.

While I also value the hardcore environment, I would also like to have fun with the people I'm raiding with. Probably a tight nit FC would be more preferred rather than a FC who runs multiple groups.
