Update "A Beginner's Guide to Eorzea (10/25/2010)"

So I was disappointed to find out that it appears I need to be rank 35 Botanist in order to get to the next tier of leves. To avoid future frustration from those that may look at these guides that may now be updated i think it would be best to update them to show changes made. Basically all you would need to do is change it show that the "new" is for 15, 25 and 35 rather then the 13, 23 and 33 it's set to now. Since when new players do come to the game they may actually look at this info for help but it wouldn't look good if the info is outdated lol.
