I can not change my username on PS4

Hey hey

Before I tell my story, sorry for my lack of language.

Problem is this:

I played final fantasy ARR beta on ps4 with a new acoount but after buying the game i wanted to use my windows account. Sow i deleted the beta game and reinstalld the full game and when i open the game i see the login screen with my new account ID(beta account). I cant change the user ID to my windows ID. I tryd the delete the game + save data (on console & cloud) but still when ever i start the game i only see the new account ID(beta account).

Now the question is:

How can i remove the user ID(beta account) that is stored on PS4 and use my windows ID ?

yeah. i thought it has something to do with accounts being linked. but had forgotten the link was permanent. while googling on how to unlink an account is when i found that form i linked. did a few searches or so. and that was the best thing i could find.

i hope the original poster can get the issue resolved though.
