    PS4 early access code not working and can't get past login screen

    So i got the early access code from amazon and tried to redeem it but it says its already in use so later on I learned that it was just for the download it has already been redeem into my account so then i loaded up the launcher and accepted the agreement but now when I try to login it says that I don't have any valid service account and i need to purchase the full product. Later on I went to the moggle station so i can activate my account since I do have both beta phase 1 and 2(Both highlighted in orange) in there and 2 of my characters are still there but i cant activate any of them it either says activate for the ps3 or windows and no ps4 option. I'm sorry if this all kinda confusing I just really need help lol

    Thank you for posting this, as you've pretty much outlined the exact problem (less the Beta Phase 1) that I've been experiencing.

    Following is my current "troubleshooting" history of this issue:

    I've contacted SE Customer Support, and they say they cannot provide assistance with PSN issues that may be related to promo codes (though maybe they just didn't look deeper into the issue). So they referred me to Sony, which I contacted. They say they have the promo code on record and that it has been redeemed, with no further uses available. After I explained that it didn't work, they referred me to Amazon to try and resolve it. Amazon mentioned they'd send me another promo code once the physical product has shipped.

    So right now I'm waiting for that to happen. If that doesn't work, Sony has offered to escalate the issue and possibly attempt a fix with the promo code in their system records. Also, SE suggests that if I needed additional assistance with my order, I should contact Digital River directly via phone at 1-866-585-3251. I'm not sure if this relates only to if you placed the order through their online store, or in general.

    Let me know if you find a solution in the meantime as well. This has been quite a hassle to get early access to the game. :-(
