They could remove the instance to reduce stress from servers.

Oh, wait, nobody does T3 (just to get the achievement), there is no stress there

lol thinking back our static had the most fun in T3 more wipes there than every other turn combined from us fooling around.

Just make your own PF turn 3 party for map completion, SB, or just sightseeing.

T4 doesn't count for the achievement, being a single round room.

Do you still need to do it once before you can do turn 4?

Just curious. I imagine if you do, someone will probably be unhappy and SE will change it so you don't have to do turn 3.... for any reason. :P

They did take the ADS trash mob out of turn 1 so more people would be able to farm it.... That silly trash gave more people trouble than the actual boss sadly.
