    PS3-PS4 Playstation network card already been used?.

    Playstation Network card already been used?.
    Im upgrading from PS3 to PS4 I been to Mogstation and registered and I got the upgrade code. I then logged Into the PS network to redeem my code. I type in the code to download the PS4 version and it says "This Playstation network card has already been used. Please check your entry (E-82000130).

    Has my code been issued to someone else also?. Or am
    I just experiencing this message to high volume on the system?.

    I posted this in tech support also but Im curious to see if anyone else from community is having the same issues?.
