PS4 upgrade code already USED??

Hello everyone!
When I log onto the Mog Station to check on my FF XIV Service, it does recognize my character (from the PS4 Open Beta 2), and says my service is inactive. I can log into the !

use the client you downloaded for beta phase 2 it will let you play


if anyone else who has this issue played on the open beta 2 on the ps4 that client is the same thing as your upgrade

Same. I never participated in the open beta but when I go to redeem the code it gives me that error. From what I read if I have a PS3 version I can play EA.

Have you already the client downloaded on your PS4? The beta2 client is identical to the final client

I haven't participated in the ps4 beta but I have a pc account. Bought the game linked the accounts and now i get error E-82000130, is there a way for me to redeem a new code? Also sucks SE's customer service isn't around especially on a early access...

I was having the same problem. You need to transfer FF to the same PSN account. I had a different PSN on my 4. I made a second user on my ps4 and used the PSN email and password from the 3. Make sure you save the 2nd user. Then logged onto the 4 in the second user and clicked on FF. It loaded fine. I did not need the code. You finally get to the data center select screen. Then you watch the first scene again, it finally leaves you on your character screen. Good luck, hope this helped.
