PS4 upgrade code already USED??

ok so i just upgraded to the ps4 version and was given a product code to use in the PS STORE after entering it i see the promotional code to download the ps4 version when i click "ok" to download it comes up with the following

"This PlayStation Network Card has already been used

Please check your entry
(E-82000130)"

i have been in the PS3 version since Closed beta and i have payed for a long time D:

i would really like some help on this, i wish to play this game and i fear i may of been fully locked out of this game ;A;


Edit: i was in the ps4 open beta and i do still have it on my ps4 please tell me if thats the issue


EDIT 2: i was able to log into the PS4 version and get into the game normally, but i aint gonna lie this was a bit of a fright D:, to anyone who clicks on this
try the beta download first it seems to work if you were in beta 2

Did you participate in Open Beta 2? If so don't worry about it, you already have the client and the product code is likely the one issued to your account from beta.

I just posted same thing. I didn't play in the open BETA for ps4 but I have had an active account on PC & PS3 since game launch. I went to upgrade from PS3 to PS4 this morning and I'm getting the same issues as you.

Check entitlement grants on your PS4/SEN account. Should be able to do so via browser here (sonyentertainmentnetwork.com) or check under account management on your PS4.

I am getting the same issue the code they game me is already used. Anyone from SE help us out on this?

its letting me update the PS4 version so it seems it was because i was on open beta but this is a bit of an issue because seeing that got me scared i just lost out on this game, but to anyone who hasn't got this via open beta i can see this causing massive issues to people who are affected as well as confusion D:

Hello everyone!

Thank you for posting this thread initially. I'm encountering the same issue when trying to redeem my early-access code. I've tried redeeming the code on the PSN Store, as well as my PSN account through the Sony web site. Neither has worked, and I get the error you initially posted.

When I log onto the Mog Station to check on my FF XIV Service, it does recognize my character (from the PS4 Open Beta 2), and says my service is inactive. I can log into the FF XIV Launcher, but when I try to log in it says I have no valid service account.

Any assistance on getting me started in the early access will be much appreciated! I presume I need to somehow redeem this promotional code to activate my service account, right? Please let me know how I can do so. :-(

I'm getting this error as well. However, all signs point to it not being an issue in my case. I was able to log in on the ps4 so far and other than some updates it needs to download, I seem to be set up. Even on the Mog Station is no longer shows that I have the ps3 version registered, and my account is active. The code itself seems to be for the game client itself, which #1 is free on PSN and #2 it's registered under my PSN account management.

I think we're ok, but I would still like some kind of confirmation on this.
