PS4 upgrade code already USED??

Hello everyone!

Thank you for posting this thread initially. I'm encountering the same issue when trying to redeem my early-access code. I've tried redeeming the code on the PSN Store, as well as my PSN account through the Sony web site. Neither has worked, and I get the error you initially posted.

When I log onto the Mog Station to check on my FF XIV Service, it does recognize my character (from the PS4 Open Beta 2), and says my service is inactive. I can log into the FF XIV Launcher, but when I try to log in it says I have no valid service account.

Any assistance on getting me started in the early access will be much appreciated! I presume I need to somehow redeem this promotional code to activate my service account, right? Please let me know how I can do so. :-(

use the client you downloaded for beta phase 2 it will let you play


if anyone else who has this issue played on the open beta 2 on the ps4 that client is the same thing as your upgrade
