    [DEV] Was SE affected by Heartbleed?

    I'm by no means an IT guy, but, do we have any official word on whether or not SE was affected by the Heartbleed bug? Can anyone confirm or deny this officially? Do I need to change my password or no (I use a software token)?

    Any official response would be appreciated.

    if u use a software token u will be fine. by what i can tell its not effected

    Tested their servers and posted in the other thread that went up yesterday about this... in short, the important servers used for authentication passed.
