When is there going to be more wards?

Obviously there so many houses have been purchased, when there will be an upgrade to neighbour wards?

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere (as in an official dev post on these forums, I just can't be bothered hunting it down right now, dev tracker should help if you want to verify it) that 2.3 will be introducing new wards. However, personal housing was also slated to be released in 2.3 so it's unclear if those new wards will also cover FC housing or just be for the new personal houses.
