2. Housing, is it only best to gain a house through an FC and members help or is it actually attainable alone ive heard they are in the millions of gil range and are very hard to get even a small housing
3.What is personally the best DPS class? (i made a arcanist i think i was going to turn into a summoner? forgot if they were dps or support)

also sadly im on Behemoth server or else i would love to join your FC i know about the character server swap but i just spent 77$ on my subscription since i had used up my free month on my ps3 i dont know if they were gonna re-month for ps4 upgraders so i just played it safe haha i plan on playing this a long time now that my girlfriend is playing i with me she is actually an ARC funny enough you mentioned it being beginner friendly

Economy is dependent upon server. You'll have to stalk the Market Boards on your server to find out what sells and what doesn't. As a general guideline, anything used for food generally sells, although you don't earn too much, but it's considered safe to sell.

There's three different size of houses - Small, Medium, and Large, each with their own pricing range. I only know my FC on Tonberry bought our large house for 80 million gil - everyone pooled gil to buy it.

Each DPS class fits their own role. But Summoner is widely considered the top DPS, due to the potency of their DoTs, and the additional source of damage from their pet (often Garuda-Egi). Black Mage is good for AoE DPS, and melee DPS are specialists in single target DPS.

Arcanist can go on to become a Summoner (DPS) or a Scholar (healer). You also have the luxury of leveling both, since they're tied to your Arcanist class. But note that if you went +30 INT (DPS build) and decided to go Summoner, if you switch to Scholar you will be a +30 INT Scholar, unless you use a stat reset potion to go +30 MND instead. MND is the go-to stat for healers, and INT for caster DPS.
