glamour - sory if this has been asked b4 but it still confuses me... does glamouring equips give extra stats or is it just for visual purposes?

cause i wanna glamour my stuff from the lightning event to my gear but unsure if i should due to not knowing for sure ;/

chocobo's and DF - wasnt there mention a few months ago about somethin bein implemented so we can queue for DF while we had our chocobos out?

wanna start levelin my chocobo again but its annoying not bein able to have it out while queued in Df

Chocobo and DF : postponed to 2.3. But at least now we can mount and dismount to run between fates with chocobo out, nice for atma farm

1. Glamour is purely cosmetic. The visual gear has no effect on the stats of the underlying gear.

2. Yes. Patch 2.3.

Hey all,

We received a recent update from the Duty Finder lead on some of the upcoming changes to mounts and companions in upcoming patches.

We had mentioned that in a forthcoming update, we would make it possible for players to be able to summon your mount, and register for the Duty Finder, while your companion was summoned. The lead updated us that being able to ride your mount with your companion out, and have them return to you once you dismount, will be added in patch 2.2. However registering for duty with your companion summoned will be implemented after patch 2.3.

We'll continue to keep you all updated as we hear more.

Use it when you are not waiting for a dungeon. There is the weekly challenge that gives a nice xp boost to your chocobo too.
