Subscription PS4 and PC

Do I need a separate subscription plan for my PS4 version and my PC version or do I use one subscription for my account to play on the PS4 or PC.

I already have the PC version and I just purchased the PS3->PS4 version so I wanted to know if I needed a second subscription to play on the PS4 or if my PC sub covers both.

I'm pretty sure. I play on the PS3 and PC and only pay for one subscription :-D

Yup, one subscription and you can play on any platform that you link to your account. I play on the PC and Playstation, you link both to the same account and you can access all your characters on either platform.

I planning to upgrade my PS3 sub to PS4 tomorrow when it goes live.

So I just got the PS3 version intending to upgrade to the PS4 tomorrow, I just log into the PS3 version of the game and link to my current pc version and its all synced up? I was worried because if I try to add a PS3 License from the Mogstation it asks me for a 14 digit code and I didn't get one from the PSN.
