    Okay, firstly the levels for a lot of these skills are really off. You're setting them up to happen faster than getting the skills they've gotten so far. I expect that any new skills would likely be 5 levels apart, meaning there would be a single class skill if the cap is at 55. There would also be the Job Skill but that's not really relevant to adding a combo piece to Riot blade.

    With that noted, a high potency combo piece off Riot Blade that has a chance to reset Circle is likely the simplest and all around most effective choice.

    .Seeing how it would be more then likely 3 skills total. 2 class skills probably lvl 52 and 54 (or one of them a trait) and new job skill at 55, this would be my thoughts for warrior. With current content being more and more designed for 2 tanks. Why not setup based on that. Tank swapping happens so going to suggest things to help while in the ot spot just DPS

    Lvl 52 - trait - Enhanced Holmgang - Increase duration to 12 while releasing bind effect after 6 seconds. (Something that probably should be done without a trait)

    Lvl 54 - skill - Strike the the Storm - potency 100 attack that adds a potency 10 dot for 12 seconds. Combo : Storms Path : Combo : 280 potency with a 20 potency dot for 12 seconds. Grants wrath while in defiance or consumed rage stance.

    Lvl 55 - Job Skill - Consumed Rage - Stance - allows the building of wrath stacks while active similar to defiance.

    The job skill could be a little op in a lot of regards but would give us a DPS stance like paladin gets. The new lvl 54 skill would allow warrior to have a pure DPS rotation while in OT position removing BB combo from rotation. You would overwrite your buffs but with fracture and wrath abilities using the gcd keeping the dot from Strike of the Storm running would not allow BB combo.


    Lvl 52 - trait - Enhanced Tempered Will - Effect now applies to party members near you. (Mantra size) (maybe weak so new suggestion? I don't play paladin)

    Lvl 54 - skill - name? - deliver 100 potency attack. Combo : Riot Blade : potency 280 attack with a chance to immediately rest your gcd ( small maybe 5% chance?) (Would allow paladin to spam this 1 DPS rotation and have a chance that fast blade can be used immediately to start the next rotation roughly 2 seconds faster)

    Lvl 55 - Job Skill - Light of Justice - potency 100 attack frontal cone. Increase Enmity.

    That's ridiculously high damage for a tank to have. It's a potency 360 attack that you're basically using every other combo on top of maintaining your buffs. Also, it increases Wrath stack accumulation even when you're tanking such that you'll be getting 5 every 7 attacks instead of 8.5. It's a massive DPS increase in every way. It's also a t4 combo, of which there are none in the game.

    Another substantial DPS increase for OT that is completely unneeded.

    It's not needed. Sword Oath is there because PLDs don't get Maim. WAR without Defiance still does more damage than PLD with Sword Oath.

    WAR already has a "pure DPS" rotation without using BB combo for OT: SE>SP. It does only marginally less damage than SE>BB but maintains both debuffs on the target with 100% uptime, which is more useful for an OT than straight SE>BB. It also doesn't make sense if you were thinking that we didn't already have a non-enmity rotation of SE>SP since you had the new ability combo off of SP so you're already assuming that SP is going to be used.

    Seriously, you seem to be operating under the delusion that WAR is a substandard OT and needs more. WAR is a tank. New abilities should actually focus on them being, you know, tanks. They don't need any more damage or a reason to not run around outside of Wrath because we already do damage just fine.
